Overview of the Climbing Vine G7 Technology High-Precision Laser Sensor
PMS7003 is a digital general-purpose particulate matter concentration sensor based on the principle of laser scattering. It can continuously collect and calculate the number of suspended particulate matter of different diameters in the air per unit volume, that is, the distribution of particulate matter concentration, and then convert it into mass concentration, and output it in a general digital interface form. This sensor can be embedded in various instruments and equipment related to the concentration of suspended particulate matter in the air or environmental improvement devices, providing them with timely and accurate concentration data.
Notes for Attention
1. The metal casing is connected to the internal power ground. Be careful not to short-circuit it with other external board circuits or the chassis shell.
2. The air inlets and outlets are connected to the external environment through the air holes that are tightly attached to the inner wall of the user's machine and the outside. If this cannot be achieved, at least the air inlet should be tightly attached to the air hole, and there should be no obstruction within 2 cm around the air outlet. There should be a structure between the air inlet and the air outlet to isolate the airflow and prevent the airflow from directly flowing back from the air outlet to the air inlet inside the user's machine.
3. The ventilation holes on the inner wall of the user's machine should not be smaller than the size of the air inlet.
4. When used in purifier products, try to avoid placing the sensor directly in the air duct of the purifier itself. If this cannot be avoided, a separate structural space should be set up to place the sensor in it, isolating it from the air duct of the purifier itself.
5. When applied to purifiers or fixed detection equipment, the sensor position should be more than 20 cm above the ground. Otherwise, it may be contaminated by large dust particles or evennear the ground, causing the fan to get tangled and stop rotating.
6. When the sensor is applied to outdoor fixed equipment, protection against sandstorms, rain, snow, and willow catkins should be completed by the equipment itself.
7. The sensor is an integrated component. Users must not disassemble it, including the metal shielding shell, to prevent irreversible damage.
8. The sensor is fixed at the bottom with 2-millimeter self-tapping screws. The length of the screw entering the shell should not exceed 5 mm.
